The Down Syndrome SA CEO, Maureen Lawlor, made a presentation to fellow members of The City of Adelaide Lions Club on August 4th 2015, at the Club’s monthly dinner meeting.
Down Syndrome SA is a state wide service that supports people with Down syndrome, their families and carers by offering a broad range of services. From Early Intervention and Family Support, through to preschool and school support to post-secondary Life Education, vital leisure and recreation and respite programs and training and development for education and allied health professionals.
On behalf of Down Syndrome SA, Maureen accepted a donation of $2,000 from The City of Adelaide Lions Club. We were proud to make such a donation to an organisation such as this.
